Triggered a Power Automate Flow when a subgrid is added to or deleted to 1:N relationship table

I am able to trigger a flow when a record is added or deleted from the subgrid for the N:N relationship using flow and webhook https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dU8XDqSVPqQ.

However, the same method (flow and webhook) is not working for the table with 1:N relationship. How can I make it work?

Thank you,
Siva

    Hello Partner,
With the video you provided, when you create the webhook, the message in the registration step is "Create".

If you refer to that step, the process is triggered as soon as a record is created for that entity, it shouldn't have anything to do with the relationship between the two tables, right?
Have you actually created a new record?
When you add records in the sub-grid, you have two options: create new or add existing record.
1)New means that we will create one new record and related to current primary record.
2)Add one Existing record means update the existing record, no records created.
--If the relationship between two tables are 1:N, there is one lookup column on the child record.
--When you update the lookup column with one parent record, the child record will appear in the sub-grid.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
