ERROR: Page Cash Receipt Journals has to close

UPDATE: I have no idea why, but no users could access cash receipt journals except for one. Only one user could access the page without receiving the error and we were able to update the broken line... No idea why this user didn't receive the error but the problem has gone away.

When I try to access the Cash Receipt Journals page, I receive the following error:

When I check the Gen. Journal Line table (id=81) I do not see account 18200 anywhere:

18200 is not in the chart of accounts. I have checked batches to see if 18200 is defaulted anywhere and I did not find 18200 anywhere. I also checked payment methods list and 18200 is not set there either. I have tried searching old posts in the forum but none have helped so far. Thanks in advance!

Below is the full error message:

If requesting support, please provide the following details to help troubleshooting: Error message: The field Bal. Account No. of table Gen. Journal Line contains a value (18200) that cannot be found in the related table (G/L Account). Page Cash Receipt Journals has to close.

AL call stack: "Gen. Journal Line"(Table 81).SetUpNewLine line 58 - Base Application by Microsoft "Cash Receipt Journal"(Page 255).OnNewRecord(Trigger) line 4 - Base Application by Microsoft

UPDATE: I also created a configuration package to check the raw data and see if it was shown there and 18200 is nowhere to be found:

It seems that this is a problem caused by customization. It is recommended to ask the developer to debug it.

    Thanks.

You can also export table 81 using configuration packages and see if G/L account 18200 is used in any of the lines.

It is recommended to ask the developer to debug this, it looks like a data problem caused by customization.

    Thanks.
