Unable to change the name of Company, Error "The task cannot be run because the user account that is assigned"....

Hi,

I wanted to change the name of one of our company but it seems to be stuck.

Unable to change the name of Company, Error "The task cannot be run because the user account that is assigned to run the task has been altered."....

This company was created by a previous staff who had left and I have disabled the account. Will this affect the next person who try to change it?

    No, you should be able to change it.

    I think you have been hit by this: www.dabbler.dk/.../

    I don't think this setting is available through the "Business Central Server Administration tool", but you can set it through powershell (Set-NAVServerConfiguration cmdlet) or by editing the CustomSettings.config file for the NAV Server instance directly.
