Sales Hub, Customer Service Hub, Field Resource Hub not Visible

Hi Guys,

We upgraded our CRM online instance from V8.2 to V9. However after the upgrade, we did not receive Sales Hub, Customer Service Hub, Field Resource Hub.

I was under the impression that these Unified Interface Apps are part of the V9 upgrade and will be installed automatically post upgrade but it seems otherwise. Anyone has any idea as to how can I get these installed in our environment?

Regards,

Nitin Meria

    Hi Nitin,

these are separate apps. You need to install these apps manually from Dynamics 365 admin center. Naviaget to instances >> Solutions >> select the App you want to install >> click install.

    Refer below screenshot-

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Ravi,

Thank you for your response. I tried what you have mentioned but in the Admin center, I can see only CRM Hub and Customer Service Hub. Where can I find Field Resource Hub and Sales Hub?

Nitin Meria, did you find the cause of this?  I too am searching for the same.  Wondering if its a licensing thing and they're not available to our subscription.

I'm in the same situation, did anyone solve it?

Hi Everyone... I recently was able to figure this out.  At least in my case the problem was that I didn't have the Solution activated in the Dynamics admin portal.  I was trying to figure out how to add the Sales Hub as there weren't any solutions to activate titled "Sales Hub".  The others seemed to be named appropriately.

    1. I went to this url to get to my Dynamics admin Portal: https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/Instances/InstancePicker.aspx
    2. Selected the instance I wanted to test Sales Hub on... Our Sandbox instance was used.
    3. Opened the Solutions for this instance
    4. Activated the solution titled: Dynamics 365 Sales Application
    5. Visited https://home.dynamics.com and could now see the Sales Hub card as a means to access my data

I know there's a new interface to the admin portal of Dynamics.  But this method worked for me at the present time.  So I thought I'd share.

Darren Bayley  - Let me know if this worked for you.

Kevin, that worked - annoying that the solution is called Application and the Menu item is Hub, I looked right at that earlier and thought it can't be that as its not Hub.  Oh well its fixed now.  Many Thanks
