Hello community friends,
I am working on some retail POS reports recently and noticed that the @today variable in the DefaultValue seems to return today's date in UTC timezone. My client in Australia wants the default date to be the AU date.
As of now, I am writing this post, AU is 19/08/2021, and UTC timezone is still 18/08/2021. If I run the POS report now, the default value for the end date is still 18/08/2021.
How can we make the default value to today date in the AU timezone?
Hi Juliet,
We have verified that the issue is fixed in 10.0.19, which is the next upgrade target for the client.
Thank you very much for your assistance!
Cheers
Jay
If the client uses 10.0.16 GA release, it unlikely has the fix. You should apply the "Final Quality Update: 10.0.16" from shared asset library to get the fix.
Thanks,
Juliet
Hi Juliet,
Thanks for your reply. The client is on 10.0.16 with PU40, do you think this version should have the fix in it?
Thanks
Jay
Hello,
This should have been fixed last December (not published to LCS though). Please apply latest quality update of your current version and check if it still exists.
Thanks,
Juliet
