Performance Impact in Onprem Business central - For India Localization

Hi Team, 

Any solutions for performance issue and our very know issue of Table has been locked by another user. its occurs still in BC India localization for posting sales invoices with 300 lines. even its impacting performance for 30 lines also. we raised multiple tickets to Microsoft support but that its still no improvement? 

As Techie side we tried 
1. Doing the SQL side activity for indexing 
2. Clearing log data's
3. Increased RAM capacity 
4. Increased Server Capacity. 
5. Removed our customization app and tried. Even in Cronus environment the same 
 
But No Improvement :( Any one can help us on this. 

This works very well in Cloud or impact is not seen as of now.

    Hi as far i know, if you have some of the issue in performance then you can check your custom code also . How it impacts the performance.
