Editing a Live customer journey?

How do people deal with updating a complex customer journey AFTER it has gone live?? Seems crazy you cannot add a step to it.

We have a complex customer journey that spans an entire year - onboarding new members. AFAIK, the only way is to save it as a template and create a new one. However that is not feasible since we have many contacts in different parts of this journey...

Anyone have any ideas?

    Agree! At the moment the only things you edit are the end date and the name :(
