How do people deal with updating a complex customer journey AFTER it has gone live?? Seems crazy you cannot add a step to it.
We have a complex customer journey that spans an entire year - onboarding new members. AFAIK, the only way is to save it as a template and create a new one. However that is not feasible since we have many contacts in different parts of this journey...
Anyone have any ideas?
