Getting error when print invoice Open customer Invoices

Hi all

I am getting error when I go to the 3782.Untitled1.png

My error is 7506.Untitled2.png

What is wrong.?

I am using 2012 r3 cu10

    Can you check your exchange rate Setup in GL?

    It seems a USD-EUR Exchange rate is missing.

    I have no exchange rates. I am only using USD.

    Yeah, but the DE-001 customer account is most probably setup with a default currency of EUR. That's why you get this message. Either change the default currency or setup an exchange rate. This should resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    I would suggest that you setup a new exchange rate between USD-EUR (probably starting from 01 Jan for testing purposes) and then try to open the report again.

    In customer DE-001, there should be a sales demographics tab where the default currency is setup.

    Why I use any currency exchange rate? There is no use of currency exchange in my company.

    Hi,

    If I am not wrong the report shows you by default the currency in the customer's foreign currency.

    Can you check what transactions have been recorded for that customer?

    And is it possibly that you just try to setup a new exchange rate between the USD and EUR to test whether this fixes the issue?
