I found this solution ( inserted below) on this forum for changing the font size on the home page. This was a great solution but I am still looking for a solution to make the font size bigger in the data entry windows. Has anyone found a way to increase it?

This work around works for all the pages except the ones that my users
have been complaining about. They would like the data entry forms to
have a larger font. For example when entering a batch. The main control
panel's font is large enough (although) I did find another work around
for that as well). In the data entry forms it seems to be only about
font 8.
The work around I found for the home page is as follows:
1) Backup the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Background\homepage.css
2) Open the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Background\homepage.css
3) Change all the font-size: 9pt; sections of the file to font-size: #; where # is the desired font-size.
The changes are effective for any user who reopens Dynamics. Note: this is for Dynamics GP 10.
Even with this work around, the data entry boxes still have the small font sizes.
