Extended pricing was written by Trinity Computers in the UK, then later on purchased and integrated into the core Dynamics GP by Microsoft. The Extended Pricing Integration was written by Trinity Computers as well and is commercialized by Dynavistics.

I guess you are trying to build your own query to do this, I can't help there, but this may help...
I have not used this GP ISV product, so can't endorse it, but as far as I know it does what you need. I have a feeling it would take a while to build this yourself.
