Setting up Credit limit per shop

I am running a HQ with multiple stores.We decided that each customer should get a certain credit limit so we thought of also setting credit limit for each store so that this credit limit for the customer does not spiral out of control. Can someone help me on how to set credit limit set per store?

    Hello Olaleye,

    Thank you for your question.

    Within RMS, credit limits are set up per account, and not per store.

    This means that if you are running Headquarters and using Global Customers, your customer will have one account balance to use for all stores.

    There may be 3rd party add-ins that can provide this functionality, though.

    There is no current feature that allows for this function, however if you are interested in having a customization done, so that this is possible, please feel free to reach out to us at sales@syssolutionsllc.com and we can work with you to build something to suit your needs.
