How do I delete a document reference number from a batch?

Hi Marie-Grace, we may need more details. What type of batch? Is the batch released? If the batch is released, you cannot delete anything from it, and instead you would need to enter a correcting batch.
If the batch is still on Hold or Release Later status, then you should be able to delete the document from the batch by clicking on the Reference Number field.

IF the batch is unreleased you should be able to delete the batch or any reference document within the batch.
If after release then you would have to create an adjusting entry to the item
