Dynamics 365 Email template insert error

Hello everyone,

When I try to insert a template in a email activity I get the error "An error has occurred. Please return to the home page and try again."

This occurs in both Chrome and IE

We are on dynamics 365 online. We moved to online recently and that is when it started happening, We did NOT have this issue on premise

    Nithya,

       Thank you for your reply, I checked the other post, None of the solutions there worked. I am expecting this error to occur for all Dynamics 365 Online users. I was hoping to hear from other users who has similar issue

    Hi Dinesh,

    Please try the clearing the cache (Ctrl + F5) and see if it works.

        I tried clearing cache, opening the site in "incognito/in private " nothing helps, I get same error.

    yes, We imported a fresh email form another organization where it was working and re customized it. I don't remember the field , but there was one filed in the header removing which caused the error

    Damn it, it's not the same problem.

    I've just created an email template with no fields and the error persists...
