AX 2009 : Can't use export to Excel button

I have a problem about export to Excel button from user. The button was dim (Grey color).

I need to know what is a miscellaneous for this button in security.

Please advise me how to make this usergroup can use export to excel button.

I try as below picture but failed. (Security > Basic > miscellaneous )

    Can you verify if Excel has been installed? If so, is a supported version of Excel installed?

    Thanks for reply.

    I have tested on my PC and MS Office 2016 was installed. I can export on my PC.

    but user PC with same environment can't do it.

    I try to fine a miscellaneous on security which can grant permission for this button.

    Can you give me a solution ?

    I think if I can disable this tab. Maybe I can find out the answer.

    Hi Tanyaboon,

    Are you able to use this button on the PC from the other user? Or vice versa, can the other user use the button on your PC?
