Hi,

I would like to see if anyone knows below issue with 28014. AX is saying 1000 pcs of 28014 is past due planned purchase order for Toronto Site 3 today.

As you can see safety stock for 28014 for Site 3 is 1000 pcs. Toronto has 7067 pcs on hand. BOM lines are all Demand Forecast because this item is ARY only. It didn't goes into any GW or Xmas.

Coverage group is under Labels which should trigger planned purchase orders every 30 days. However, there is no planned purchase order till Feb 2017. Same issue happens to 28014C and 28014FL. There is no planned purchase orders till Feb 2017. In Site 1, coverage is the same and it triggers every month to have planned purchase orders. Any input is appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Could you show me the full settings of your Coverage group "Labels", you default order settings for the item and your Master plan settings?

The item mentioned has the Stopped field marked in the Default order settings whereas the others do not.

So the items with stopped sign unmarked will not get updated if MRP is run on that entire company but will update if it is run on individual - as I see that few of the with unmarked stopped check box throws unnecessary planned purchase order in spite of MRP been running every single night without any errors. But when I run MRP on just that particular item it will go away.

Please provide your feedback.
