Hi All,
We have created a 'Mail Preference' field with options of Private Address and Business Address, this field is created in Accounts and Contacts.
Now i created two workflows:
- In Contacts, if the preference field or the Address has been changed, the prefered address is updated.
- In Accounts, if the preference field or the Address has been changed, the prefered address is updated.
But the problem is, when the Account prefered address is updated and the Contact prefered adress is Business, it needs to update the prefered address in the Contact also. How can i manage this?
