Hello All,
I need to understand what will happen to existing activity(email, appointments) records present already into the system when we newly integrated crm with exchange with server side synchronization.
Till now users were creating activities into the CRM so that they will keep record for it, till the time exchange on-premise gets integrated.
Now exchange server is configured and integration has been setup, but not sure what will happen to the existing activities , will the emails are getting shoots to prospects or clients present into the system.
