We have a customer who like to change and add some fields in the Peppol definition without programming only thru configuration.
But I see no data exchange definition for Peppol.
What can we do?
I agree Daniele, but in many cases you would like to add or change some of the field content( for example you would like to add the delivery number to the line items)
Where do you get the file with the peppol definition from?
hi
peppol is a set of standards for e-procurement and e-invoicing, which includes a data exchange format for transmitting documents such as invoices and purchase orders. However, the specific data fields included in the Peppol standard are standardized and cannot be changed through configuration alone.
If your customer wishes to add or modify fields in their invoices or purchase orders that are not included in the Peppol standard, this would require custom programming to create a new data exchange format or modify an existing one to meet their specific needs. This may also require additional testing and certification to ensure that the modified format is compliant with the Peppol standard.
Alternatively, your customer could consider using custom fields or extensions within their own business systems to capture and transmit the additional data they require, while still using the standard Peppol format for the core data elements. However, it's important to note that any customizations may impact interoperability with other organizations that use the standard Peppol format.

Hi,
You can import the Peppol data exchange definition file using import action. It will insert new data exchange definition in table.
