I would appreciate if someone knows and recommend any tool to prepare an Order via Web or mobile and connect to Dynamics SL 2015... I hope there is some third party tools to cover this requirement. Thanks

Check out Catalina Technology @ http://www.catalinatechnology.com. They have an out of the box eCommerce solution that integrates directly with SL, and also some web service API's that can integrate other eCommerce solutions to SL. I've used their API's, and have some clients interested in their total solutions.
