I have a client with RMS 2.0 on Windows XP..they are using a scaneer and when they scan it doesnt put all info in unless u hit enter..they want it in when they scan the item..hoew do u do that??

     sounds to me like a simple of problem of configuring the scanner to always include the carriage return (or the enter key) at the end of the scanned text. Most scanner are configured to behave in this manner. I would suggest that you consult your device manual especially the section concerning initial configuration of the scanner.

    question: which scanner are you using? (manufacturer and model).

    im not on site..i think its a symbol L3508 or something like that..and I did that..its still not filling everything in..i willstart the scanner over again and do the configuration again
