Timecard Approval - Date approve

Is there are report or query that will give me who approved a timecard and on what date? I found a QQ called TimeAudit that has Crtd_user, CRTD_datetime.  I thought would work for Gov audit but it's showing the accounting user who posted the timecard instead of the actual approver. Does this exist in any table? Please let me know if there is a table that contains this data.

Thank you, Linda Smith

Aloha Linda,  Not that I know of.  We created a new custom table that holds the DocNbr, SubmitDate, ApproveDate (and some other user fields) and then created a trigger on the PJLabHdr table that will either insert a record (if status changed to C) or update a record (if status changed to A).  That we are able to determine when a user submitted their timecard and when a reviewer approved it.

    Hope this helps.

    Aloha,

We use Fast path to capture this data

Would this work if they are using Webapps to do the approval? I thought Fast Path was for tables but I guess you could audit the PjLabhdr table for the supervisor approval. It's another good suggestion that they may consider.

    Thank you, Linda

We have a similar requirement to determine when a timecard was approved and by whom - We have just implemented Web Apps timecards in SL2015.

We haven't worked through all the logic yet but are considering using the le_status, lupd_datetime, lupd_prog, lupd_user fields inPJLABHDR table to determine this. This is based on the fact that once a timecard is approved it cant be changed - we don't use correcting timecards.

I created an incident and was told that the PJaudit will update if you have it set in Webapps to approve/post straight through. If you approve in Webapps then the accounting user approves, their user name and date are added to the Audit trail. They may write a bug on this so it adds to the table when Webapps approves and when accounting posts. Hopefully they'll put a fix out for this.
