Multiple bugs with Dynamics Marketing after version upgrade

Hi,

is anyone experiencing some bugs and problems with the last version of Dynamics Marketing?

For example:

  • event portal has stopped a lot of times with the error "we are having trouble communicating with the server"
  • marketing pages URL is not generating correctly (it only includes the partial URL so at the moment I am not able to use landing pages)
  • marketing emails are not performing correctly in terms of graphic elements. For example, I added a class to the HTML code in order to let social icons stay in horizontal also from mobile device, now they are good but the text color is changing with no reason (from white to purple, even if in the HTML code the color code is white, really strange....)

My version is 1.35.10074.2001, but I am not able to see if there are upgrades because it gets the error "Unable to check for information on new versions at this time. Try later. If the problem persists, contact the administrator."

    For such issues that could not be reproduced stably, it is recommended to raise a support ticket to MS for further help.

    The latest available version of Dynamics 365 for Marketing application is the August update which is 1.35.10075.1058.

    Kindly open a Service Request with Microsoft Support for the issues that you're facing in the Marketing application and we will review them. 

    You could open the Service Request from the Power Platform Admin Center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com).
