update entitlement states job

Hi, I have dynamics 365 on-premise 8.2 set up, and found that the system job doesn't really change all entitlement status in one day, some entitlements are still in waiting status on the same day and even on the next day. Is there any way to trigger manually or let it execute all the entitlements ? Thanks
