We have done all how you have said but I don’t can create service items but I can see service items report option.
Hi, Ben is right, you should check your license and permissions.
First of all, you should check whether you have given the user a premium license in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Then check the User Experience setup in Company infomation.
Finally, check the user permissions, for example, you can give the user the Super permission set for testing.

If you can see Manufacturing, but not the Service features, I would suggest you check your User Security to make sure your permissions grant you visibility to the Service capabilities of Business Central.
If you have unlimited security, then I would check if your M365 User has the Premium or Team Member license assigned. If you have Team Member, this could be the cause of your issue.

I have looked that and I can see in company information- user experience- experience- Premium is there where I should have the option activated?
Beacuse I can't see the service functions, but I can see the manufacturing functions.
The Service Capability is only available with the Premium license. Furthermore, you have to enable to Premium User Experience in the Company Information page (last tab). If the User Experience is set to Premium and you are unable to see the Service Capabilities, then you need to have your User Security set to allow access to the Service module. Last thing to check is your license type. I have heard the Team Member license is restricted from using the Service functionality (which is insane to me, please go upvote this in the BC suggestion website).

I try to use your link but I have the same issue, I choose the glass icon and I search “service item” but only have Service item report and analysis. I can´t create that kind of item.
My version is Version: ES Business Central 18.0 (Platform 18.0.22893.23773 + Application 18.0.23013.23795)
