Hello,
Last year we had to change the number series for the CR journal as it hit the maximum allowed, and we added a Prefix to correspond with the accounting year.
This year I am trying to change the prefix, we have updated the information on the number series table but the number does not populate automatically and does not stick. After I post the transaction, it reverts to the old numbering sequence?
I have updated the starting date, so I am not sure what other setup is missing.
Any suggestions are much appreciated!
