
We recently upgraded a workstation from Window XP to Windows 7. Previously we were able to print copies of invoices with the collate option. It no longer seems to work. I've tried to set the collate option under the printer setup>advanced options but it does not seem to work. Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to solve it?

I have the same question (0)There are some bugs with this but without know the version and build of GP you are on I couldn't say. It shouldn't be because you upgraded just the OS, I would guess you also upgraded to a new build or version of GP as well. If you can post more information I will be happy to look into this for you.
