Hi all,
Is it possible to make Drill Down and Drill through report in D365FO.
Please give ma an example of both reports.

There has been some issues in Drill through report in 10.0.11 and 10.0.12 version.
Kindly update us what is your expected result?
First time , I am thinking to use this. What is the issue? Kindly elaborate

We had a same question few months back on the forum for "Drill down Functionality on General ledger account statement" or any other system reports in D365 finance and operation.
If your application is on on-prem environment then you have to use extension to enable drill through link in your application report.
Please refer to the below link:

For on-cloud:
If your environment is on 10.0.12 At first, you have to enable "Report Drill through links" feature from feature management screen and disable "Report PDF viewer":
Generate Account statement or any financial reports from GL module and you will be able to see blue fonts under Voucher as hyperlinks. Click on the voucher and system will open your transaction screen.
Just to add, in 10.0.11 there has been an issue with tgis feature as did not work and then it was fixed in 10.0.12.
And again, the issue occurred in some.quality update in 10.0.12 and fixed by hotfix.
Finally this is fixed in 10.0.13.

The feature "Report drill through" link is only for On Cloud version?
For report drill down , any specific features for On Cloud ?
Yes report drill through feature is recently released by Microsoft for on-cloud version. That actually enable hyperlink on voucher number in the report so When you click on it, it will take you to voucher transaction screen. That is basically drill down functionality.
Are you using on-prem or cloud?
As I know, drill through functionality give us hyperlink features and
Drill down functionality give us + or- option to hide and show data.
But you mentioned "That is basically drill down functionality."

Alright my bad. I was talking about drill down in other sense.
As far as i know, We don't have drill down functionality available in SSRS reports. There are some Tax related reports in Tax module, when we export them in Excel. It shows drill down/up view.
If you want you see drill down then We have trial balance form in General ledger, which will allow you the drill down.
In addition to that, We have Management Reporter as well, which also has drill down functionality.
Hope that clarifies your concern.
Drill downs and drill through a both possible and supported in the financial reports in D365FO.
Do you refer to those or other reports?
In case you refer to others, can you provide some more details, which report you work with?
