How to secure Data in multiple Model Driven apps

Posted on by 10

Hello everyone,

I have multiple apps in Model Driven apps and each app has its own role security.

That's work fine from the interface(Each apps shown its own data related to the queue) . But when users make Advanced Search in the Case or Activities Entities the search result brings the data from others apps .

This is a security leak.

  1. How to fix this leak without hiding the Advanced search ?
  2. Is it possible to hide the advanced search button with  the secuity role permissions  or by hiding it from the ribbon workbench?

Thank you .
