When I am in a contact record, and click "Track in outlook", I either select My Outlook Only or Select Employee(s) I just get a blank screen. How can I fix this? There are no errors that I can find either.

This is hard to troubleshoot since there is no error message. You could try to clear your browser cache or use another browser to have a try. If this not work, you would better raise a ticket to consult Microsoft.

We are using a different app, and custom app, and it has worked just fine in the past. The button is on the contact record.

Which app are you using, D365 Sales or another app? Could you provide the screenshot of that page the button on?
