Unable to import user personnalization

Hi,

I have created a custom form by duplicating the General Journals form and modifying the predefined filters (added a few ranges and unlocked journal type filters). The form works as intended. Now my goal is to add it to a workspace and use the import personnalization feature. I have noticed something.

If I add my custom form to a workspace without touching the filters, it imports without errors. However, if I modify filters and then import it, it fails the security validation and I get the following error and the form isn't added to the workspace.

Anyone know what this is about ?

Thanks.

Regards,

Ashwin

For reference, there is another recent thread about the same problem (without solution): User Personalization import.

I checked it but it seems that the topic is dead :(

    Hi Ashwin,

Did you add the form as tile, list or link? Who is creating the filters and where? Is it e.g. the user who created the personalization? Or another user? Do you import the personalizations in the same or another environment? What roles are assigned to the users involved?

    Hi Andre,

So, I'm adding the form as list. I am creating the filters on the custom form that I have created (with admin user) and trying to import it within same environment for a different user (with admin role as well). I have followed the exact same steps as the ones described on your article (thanks btw ^^).
