Hello everyone,

I find it strange to be able to cancel a PR only when the status is /approved/.

My client would like to be able to cancel the PR when it is rejected. Do you kow if this is possible ?

Rejection and cancellation are two different concepts and is important for firms to be reported.
So this is why, these two statuses are seperated.

    Hi,

The expected behavior is not in the standard design, you can check this explanation from MS, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/procurement/purchase-requisitions-overview

Also, the best possible solution for your case will be to delete the PR if required after the PR is recalled while rejected.
