We are having a problem with the new outlook app when creating a case from an appointment.
- Open an appointment in outlook
- Press the Dynamics 365 button.
- Press the "+ New" button in the Dynamics 365 window and select Case(incident).
- Try looking up an customer account using the accountnumber.
The accountnumber is one of the 3 fields displayed in the search results and this works perfectly on the web.
Is there a reason that you can only search for the name field in the outlook app?
Can you modify in any way what fields are searchable in the outlook app?
Any information would be appreciated.
