Email Links opening in Sales App

Hello Experts, We are using OOB workflows to send out emails to users with record link in it. Also we got our custom APP for our business users(We are not allowing them to use Default Sales APP). But when they click on the link in email they are being redirected to Sales app,  is there a way for the links to take them to the Custom APP? I have tried creating a workflow within the Custom APP but its still providing default link.

Any ideas?

    Hello Raviteja,

    While adding URL in the workflow you can include appid of your custom app for example below you can see appid is added in last so it will only open that specific app.

    crmorg.crm8.dynamics.com/main.aspx

    Thanks for the quick reply Mahender. But I'm not entering a URL manually. I;m using OOB dynamic Value feature to "Insert Hyperlink" it looks this way. Can this URL be altered to navigate to Custom app?

    <hyperlink><name></name><value>{Record URL(Dynamic)(Account)}</value></hyperlink>

    It won’t come from out of the box record url, you have to construct it and need to use hyperlink tag.
