Anyone receiving an error message "Error code 2009" when trying to sync data?

Hi All,

Since Sat 8th our users are getting an error message " Internal issues while downloading your data - Error code 2009?

    Hi Minh，

    Please check that those users are added to the mobile offline profile or not and please make sure they have the  Read permissions on the mobile offline profile table.
