what can we do if syncing some entities into the marketing app did not work completely?
In the Marketing App settings it says "(syncing") - please see screenshot.
Can we start the process again?
What would happen, if we deinstall the marketing app exactly?

Hi Oliver,
The duration of synchronization depends on how much data needs to be synced (and other factors), you may need to wait for several minutes (up to half an hour).
If it is shown as syncing, you can check the following points. As long as one of them is met, the entity is synced and ready for use.
For example, the Contract entity has been synced.

So you don’t need to start the process again or uninstall the Marketing app.
