Entity A has timeline and entity B has custom field and my requirement is to display custom field in to timeline ?

I can't understand your problem clearly. Could you provide more detail?
Some points that may help you:
Activity entity doesn't support adding custom field.
And you can refer to this doc(docs.microsoft.com/.../customer-service-hub-user-guide-timeline-admin) to configure timeline.
Two entities in one entity activities/note tab is present and in one entity custom field is present when we enter/update data in custom field it has to display in activity/note tab .
