Looking for some advise, is it possible for the planning worksheet to generate transfer orders and purchase orders for stock required on a production order.
for example
I have a production of 'finished product 1'
Part of the BOM is 'item 1' - this is purchased both directly to site or to an off site location
in the offsite location I have 50k and I have planned to use 100k
Can the system automatically (from planning worksheet) create a transfer order of the 50k in off site storage and also generate a purchase order for another 50k direct from the supplier to site.
when I have tried it will either do one or the other (purchase or transfer) and this is not what I need
