I have a customer that is currently using Dynamics Field Service version 7.5.3.36. They are also using the woodford template with mobile version 9.1.229. I would like to know, what is the best solution for a customer by using out the box solution. We want less coding as possible. The request is easy, once a technician has completed a work order, they want to have their customer sign the WO on the mobile and than have the WO summary sent by email.
I've tried 2 things, but unable to achieve what they want.
Ive tried generating the report summary using the Dynamics 365 Word Template, but the signature capture on the mobile cannot be added to the Word Template.
I've created the report through Woodford. I was able to get the signature on the report, but I'm unable to automatically generate the report and send it by email.
I'm pretty sure that this is a request made by most customers. What has been the best solution for most of you. I've seen other Forum dicussion regarding this, but nothing seemed to have a real solution.
