TM symbol does not print in word templates

The TM symbol prints in a standard report writer report but not in the word template version. The MS add-on for Word is installed.

This is for an SOP Invoice Form where the Item Card Description uses a TM symbol.

This is an old question but I'm wondering if you found a solution to this issue?

I had an issue where the text field DATE would not print on the word template but would on the standard report. I found the Administrator login would print but the other users would not. The answer was to give those users full control over the GP folder. Not sure if this is your issue but it is worth a try.

I'm referring to printing the trademark symbol in a standard report writer report vs the word template version.

It works on standard reports but not the word template.

I tried other symbols with same issue, can not print in word template.
