Printing Item Comments on Receipts

As mechanics we often like to leave notes on workorders to be communicated to the client.  Unfortunately the receipt only prints the item description, and not any notes we added.  

Does anyone have an idea about how to get the notes to print on the receipts?

    Hi Andrew,You need to do the following steps,1. Enable the record item comments option in SO configuration.

    2. Edit the used receipt template file by adding the items comments line “<ROW> Entry.Comment  </ROW>” in the Transaction Details section after <FOR each="entry"> tag.

    Hi, I have tried a lot

    1. I have enabled "Enable the record item comments option in SO configuration"

    2. I have added <ROW> Entry.Comment  </ROW>

    But the Comments are not printed in the Receipt.

    Would you please help me what else I have to do.

    THIS IS AN URGENT ISSUE SO PLEASE HELP ME
