Hi All,
I faced the issue with access to RDP in dev / test envy in D365, i already register my ippublic in lcs and disable my firewall but still cannot access the rdp.
Could anybody help for this issue?

Have you managed the network security group in Azure Portal, try to refresh it.

The environment is up and running? Are you able to login via the browser? Maybe the environment is down due to inactivity or any other possibility...

The environment is up and running, yesterday i still could access it and today i can't
check enviornment status in LCS
if needed rotate secrets for single box
validate/update your public IP in access settings
If its cloud hosted environment, there is issue where LCS status does not get sync with status of VM on azure, if the auto shutdown is enabled. SO although you see it running from LCS , there is possibility that its stopped from azure portal. Verify that and see if that's the actual case.

Is this still an issue? Few questions\comments (some already asked) if it is:
- Is this Microsoft managed or customer cloud hosted box?
- Is the VM running in Azure portal?
- Have any changes been made to Network Security Groups in Azure portal?
- Can you login to the environment from your browser?
- Restart the VM in Azure.
