I have to do server side configuration in online 365.
Did anyone please help me here....
which is best and good solution for doing email configuration with CRM online.

If you are testing - set-up a trial of exchange online and set-up a server side sync.
Be diligent in the set-up to avoid any unnecessary emails from being sent. Check for any emails which are pending send.

Thanks Mihir, I am using online 365 version.
I have trail subscription now and I want to configure with my office email ID.
Let suppose If i sent any email it will sent by by my official email id and received also on same while I will sync fro outlook.
I am assuming you are using Exchange online or on premise.
