Hi,
For now, we have users with same permissions and thus,same licenses in both PROD and TEST environnements.
I would need to know if should adapt our licensing plan in case of permissions changes only in the TEST environnement and not in the PROD.

Hi.
Only the user licenses assigned in the Production environment should be compliant with the licenses procured.
What happens in any other non-prod D365FO environment has no implication on the licensing needs.
