I need a very urgent help for setting up Tax matrix in Dynamics 365 CRM. The tax system in my country apply to VAT(5% ) and Withholding Tax(10%).How can i set this on the Dynamics 365 CRM. I tried to do through custmization but i cant get it

Creating a calculated field would be straight forward. You just need to workout the formula. Refer the below sample for reference-

Thanks for your reply Nelson.I i read a post that is why i used business rule.Please can you take me through how i can use the calculated field to calculate the tax.I understand i have to created another field but i need to know how to use this calculated field.Thanks to wait your reply.
Your first problem is that you have a circular reference on the Total Tax field. you have it in your IF condition, and you use in the SET VALUE. I am not clear on why you are using a business rule. If you must use a business rule, I would set the IF condition to always be true (for example if Created On is not equal to 1/1/1900) so that the following actions will always work.
I recommend that you use a calculated field instead.
