Fail to launch presence dialog in omnichannel

I want to use the SMS channel omnichannel. So I have set up all the things in omnichannel and for sending SMS I am using Twilio services. But when I set up all the things I am getting errors in the presence dialog.

So I any suggestions how can I resolve this issue?
