Hello, we paid for 3 Dynamic 365 Enterprise Sales licenses and none of the users in our Org can see the tile for Dynamic 365 under "All Apps" but when we look at subscriptions/licenses we can see the licenses are applied to the correct users. What is problem here? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Where can they find the URL?

Did you share the URL of the Sales HUB application with the users? Ask the users to access the CRM via the shared URL. The app might be visible.
For a user to have access to the CRM. He must be assigned at least one security role.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
