Empty QueryViewName Fix

We had a user create a new query view with a blank query view name.  When I try to open it to delete it, I receive system message 6814.  I believe the only way to fix this issue is to delete the record from qvcatalog in the system database.  Is this the only table/record that needs to be deleted?
