Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Archived)

No response was received for message type 0(Get Connection Instructions)

I am receiving the message "No response was received for message type 0(Get Connection Instructions) in our HQ Client at 1 of our 6 stores.  I've tried reindexing both the store and HQ databases, same results.  

I recevie "Server Successfully Contacted" when clicking "Test Network Connection" on the HQ Server tab under configuration.

Any advice?
