Clean data for Excel use

Hello.

Wondering if anyone has any experience in cleaning up NAV report data for Excel use. Not sure if it's a custom report on our end, but the report is named /Sales by Customer-Item Date/. It comes out as a classic NAV report though, with weirdly formatted columns and rows. If anyone can provide some insight as to how they cleaned up the data using VBA or formulas that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Sales by Customer-Item Date looks like a custom report. You can check the Report ID to determine whether it is a standard report.
Open the About this Page/Report window (Zoom) Ctrl+Alt+F1

And, I'm sorry that I may not fully understand your question. If you want to clean up the data exported to excel, can't you export the report directly after filtering, or export an empty report?
If the layout doesn't meet your needs, you can just modify the layout in the function below.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
