    1) What version of exchange server are you using

    2) What is the version of CRM we have here

    3) Try and access the exchange web service URL you mentioned while creating the incoming profile from the machine where you have email router

    4) Look like you are configuring it with gmail, then what is the authentication type u mentioned in the profile, is it NTLM ?

Use below settings if it is for gmail.

    • try to use the setting below:

       POP Settings

        pop server address: pop.gmail.com

        port: 995

       SMTP Settings

        smtp server address: smtp.gmail.com

        port: 587

choose clear text, type your gmail id and password.

Can you please try the following:

Change the incoming email profile using POP3 to use Clear Text authentication instead of NTLM authentication.

On the server that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router is installed on, click Start, click All Programs, click Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router, and then click Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router Configuration Manager.

Click the Profiles tab, select the incoming profile you need to modify, and then click Modify.

In the Authentication Type drop down select Clear Text, and then click OK.

Click Publish to save the changes.
